CK, actually CVS and a combination of : 4.5 yr old boy + hypertrophic adenoids + wintertime + kindergarden + he hates to wear thick stuff  he threw up his third time today and I dont wanna see no more laundries , so CVS was on the shelf since yesterday !

Kerem, after I started amoxcicillin inevitably , didnt have fever today , and didnt throw up , still , has a horrible cough ! the lungs are clear , I auscultate every day , but the sound as he coughs makes me thrill and hes veeery angry with me bc I dont let him go to school tomorrow I will be at home with him one last day and then he will be fully recovered hopefully
ok...about my prep ...Im leaving cardio apart now ! finally ! cant believe I spent this huge lots of time for it  now the plan is , to start back from the beginning , with GIS , bc I didnt have the DVDs then .... so very rapidly will go over GIS, ENDOCRINE, RHEU , PRVNT MED and EMERGENCY DVDs the next 5 days ... then will jump to hematology ...
I have 3.5 months and Im still here in IM    
GOTTA PACE UP !
