I will hunnies ! the problem is...towards the end of the day I made soooo silly mistakes that it ruined my cumulative performance !!!
Faraym...like the day you told me about Goljan step 1...Im about to leave my library and I wanted to check neverland b4 I close my laptop ...10 min b4 the library closes and I go home and eat my pizza  so its 8:50 PM here wow ! such a loong Q-full day !
I will fly to the US on november 9th and will get the DVDs then  no DVDs now ...
yes there are Goljan audios for step 2 too
I happened to MSN with oldkid who is near his family in Paki and he was rushing to shop and said he couldnt sign in bc he forgot his password at home

faraym!i happen to have goljan's audio for step2 and it is CRAP.trust me on that.it is step1 made concise and come to think of it,we cant expect the same guy to teach everything from patho to gynae to obs to paeds and ultimately psychiatry too afterall,he is only human.he is a great patho teacher but unfortunately paediatrics and obstetrics arent his cup of tea.

Hey Multifactorial, After a long time ! So you finally found some time 
Thanks for the advice ,I dont have a lot of time and I am getting really confused ,how and what to study ,Kaplan itself is looking like a huge mountain. So far I have just finished cardio and have flipped pages of other subjects.

Ivonne...my trip on nov 9th is simply touristic ,no worries my CK is in april 25, and CS is june 6 in Philly ....
mf...yes we can and will do it ! but now Im confused about if Im gonna listen to Goljan or not do you think I should go back to step 1 audios and listen to them??

Fortunately my cousin mailed me her tungsten e, so now im back to reading UW notes on the fly ... I usually jot down on the memo pad the topics that encountered in UW, then read the UW explanations again on my PDA. It is the only way. My FA is filled with notes by now. Im having a hard time with Psych in FA, though . Still have Pulmo and Renal left and then I'm finished with IM. the following week I'll be munching ER Surgery, Ethics, OB-Gyne and Ped. Gosh Im so scared. I feel like eating the whole book.

ok...this is important concept about abdominal pain :
think where on his abdomen the patient is talking about...lets say RLQ ...crampy ...
then think (WHEN TO DECIDE ABOUT THE BEST DIAGNOSTIC TEST) whats there ?? RLQ--------->RC... cecum...then terminal ileum... some yummy eaten and digested muffins from Siglenn,shown in blue in the attached pic of mine
ok then think...how can I see this area best ???
of course now its easy to chose Ba X-ray
likewise...sigmoidoscopy...colonoscopy...for any GI test...think where the patient is describing OR where does the explained clinical scenario involve most common...and how can I see there best

your first attachment is too small to see, and the second one is a "X"
but if your doing the work up for acute Right lower quadrant pain, Abd xray will not be your initial test or your best test.

A NEW WEEK A NEW BEGINNING !!!! LAST WEEK WAS SURPRISING FOR ME AS I DIDNT GUESS THE Qs WILL TAKE THIS MUCH TIME....A NICE REST WITH TH EFAMILY AND MY CUTEST SON KEREM ON SUNDAY ! NOW BACK TO STUDY !!!!
