It probably means dt they have put ur application on hold and would probably call u when they send their next batch of invitations.

I applied to York, PA on Sept 18th and my docs were already downloaded, there is still no rejection today  . I think they are busy on writing it..so I am waiting for the same abandoned email...

i got the same mail from UTMB galveston 
i actually have a friend there doing residency who told me that the program ws previously IMG friendly , but not much now , last yr they took only 1 IMG,,, i told him my credentials and asked him if i should apply he said , yes.... 25 $ wasted

Oh lord!! I just applied to UTMB Galveston today because a friend told me that her boyfriend got IV and he has one attempt and thought I might have a chance...after seeing your posts I guess I might have wasted my money!!! Sucks!!
