Hi,
I have just applied to 87 progs. I was wondering abt how an IMG, non citizen can obtain licence in a state where most likely I will practice once I have matched in order to apply for the H1B visa. I already have step 3 results. Is one able to apply for the licence once the contract of the possible match has been signed?
