Can somebody please guide me as to whether I attach my Surg lor or my Ophthal lor with the application. Both the LOR are from my home country.I have 2 US lor's but the other are in addition to them.Can somebody advise please?I know home country lor's wont carry much weight but we just have to attach them for completing the eligibility criteria.
