isnt angelman synd due to microdeletion of maternal ch 15? how come the answer is uniparental disomy?

Point mutation or microdeletion of chromosomal 15 can cause angelman's syndrome but only in 10% of cases. Majority are due to uniparental disomy. so the best answer should be E.
