Hello
I am a foreigh medical graduate from russia I have a question to people who matched or are trying to match.How important is MSPE ( can it be substituted by dean's recommendation letter?
Please reply what is your opinion and experience about it?

Yes. MSPE was former called Dean's letter. I drafted it and brought to my dean, printed it on the school's letterhead and signed. I sent it a week ago. It didnt make to Eras yet.. but if you want, i can let you know.

I am from Almaty and am in KZ at the moment. If any Qs on MSPE, feel free to ask
