Hi everyone, I have got my ECFMG certificate, but 2 of my Lor have not been scanned. Should I apply now or wait till they are scanned? If I apply now, should I inform the programs one by one to download the Lor? Thank you and good luck in match!

Apply now. waiting for them to be scanned just might take one day longer. As for programs you dont need to remind them they will automatically download your lors into your data base in their software whenever they are available and they will know that they have downloaded new information about you.
