I would like to know if step 1 question are of the type below. I find this type more difficult and more time consuming than the classic kaplan q-bank which i have been preparing so far. Who can enlighten me which is more similar to step 1


Which of the following are true regarding the anal triangle?
1. The superomedial wall of the ischial rectal fossa is formed by the inferior fascia of the pelvic diaphragm and the sphincter ani externus.
2. The front boundary of the ischio rectal fossa is the posterior margin of the urogenital
diaphragm.
3. The ischiorectal fossa contains the superior rectal vessel and nerves.
4. The ischiorectal fossa on either side communicate with each other behind the anal canal.

B. 2, 3, and 4
C. 1, 3, and 4
D. 1, 2, and 4

Negative- those "k type qs" were done away with, in favor of 2 or 3 step qs . eg You may get the Dx but they may ask the side affect of the primary med or chromosome # or the anti oncogene or something abstract. :?:
