there are programs asking for ecfmg certified at the time of interview
i wanna know can i apply as i am waiting for my cs result and it will hope fully and ofcourse GOD willing will come after 10 october

i dont want to sound pessimistic
but those programs will reject ur application
thats what my seniors told me

I would say yes go ahead. I think these programs will only rank if you get ecfmg certified by your interview day.
