i wrote to programs...just to follow up the status of my app...
within a few minutes i got a rejection from ohio state. it seems that they have filled their interview slots for this year for some time now. i'm glad i wrote...at least i know that's another one to scratch off the list. i'd rather that than being left in the dark with false hope.

Got it through this morning. Do you think I should bother updating my scores on ERAS? Or do you think anyone will pay any attention at this stage? Still haven't heard anything from UVa or Michigan...

okay here are my updates...i emailed some programs...most didn't reply to me either...
ohio state = rejection
u of new mexico = interview slots filled, composing letters to send applicants that were "on hold" (so im assuming that basically = rejection)...did anyone get a letter from unm...rejection or whatever?
u of virginia = still going through applications
washington u = initially, file will be reviewed this week; updated this morning = i've been put "on hold" (for possible second review later on in the season---i guess if they have slots open, they'll look at the files on hold and decide to invite a few from there---better than a straight out rejection)
what's up with everyone else? anybody go on any interviews yet? any tips?
