Cilostazol (Pletal)

Glycoprotein IIB/IIIA inhibitors (intravenous use only)

P450 Inducers:

Barbs, Rifampin, Alcohol (chronic), Glucocorticoids, Phenytoin, Carbamazepine [mnemonic: BRAG PC]

P450 Inhibitors:

Acute alcohol, cimetidine, omeprazole, ketoconazole

P450s are enzyme families in the liver (mainly) and are involved in the Phase 1 biotransformation: in the oxidation of drugs.

ampicillin, 3rd generation cephaalosporins..ceftriaxone....it depends upon type of bacteria
