if they have downloaded but not yet printed ur old PS there is fair amount of chance that by u deassigning and then reassigning the new PS the syttem will overwrite ur old ps. so program will only get new PS. but if they have printed out the hard copy then if u assign a new PS program will have both PS. but if u r just correcting gramitical mistake i dont think it will hurt ur coz
