20 mo. old girl is broutht to the physician because of fever and cough for 2 days. she has had several similar episode at age of 4 mo. three mo.ago, she and her family visited her grandmother in Finland for 2 wk. She is at the 25th for length and 5th for weight. She appears thin and pale. Her temperature is 38C pulse is 150. and resp 40. Esamination shows mild clubbing. Wheezing and bilateral crackles are heard at the lung bases. An x-ray film shows Streaky densities bilaterally with mild hyperinflation.
