the medical school transcript is I would say probably the least important part of your application...if you already have submitted your scores, lors and ps, then don't sweat it too much.

It's still early in the match season (barely a week). A lot of hospitals havent even downloaded their applications yet. PLUS, if your other credentials stick out (which Im sure they do), PGs will go back and download the rest of your info.
In other words, you'll be fine.
