Does the Deans letter go into the ERAS system as well? AND WHERE?
or do we have to request our school to send it out to the individual programs directly?

You should have sent the dean's letter (or MSPE) together with your med school transcript to ECFMG/ERAS. Your school has nothing more to do with it. After they scan it it becomes automatically a part of your application and is transmitted automatically to every program you apply to, it's not like LoRs- where you choose to which program you would like to assign it. Hope this helps.

My school has a policy that we are not allowed to see our Dean's letter... How do i have them send it or enter it into ERAS?

Can the dean's letter be written while I am still awaiting results for one of my steps?

of course...
the deans letter has nothing to do with your USMLE exams...
get the document submission form and have your school submit it directly to ECFMG if they have a problem giving it to you!
