Hi every1!!!
Well I am not sudying too hard but yes I am freaking out...I have a flight to USA in a week..so far not much prep for the IVs or step 3,, also a lil depressed coz i will be leaving my family for atleast 3 mths ...
btw, i also applied to Emory..but they r still completely silent to application....i guess i shall email them and ask abt the status of my application...

Hey puchpal,
I am so nervous at the thought of interviews.....searching for information on interviewers...preparing answers which still dont sound too convincing...i am glad you got over your first Interview jitters....i have yet to face it...and to top it all off...my shopping isnt complete either...Ufffff main kya karooonnnnn....

I have three interviews scheduled so far, but all have been very strange.
The first program emailed my private email address "would you be interested in an interview IF offered?" After I replied that I would be, they then called me on the phone.
Numbers two and three just called, no email foreplay. They offered the interview and scheduled the interview date in the same phone call.
Confirmations for all 3 iv's, relevant program, hotel and travel info came to my home address by snail mail.
Not one of the programs have ever contacted me via ERAS mail. The only electronic contact from any of them is the initial email from program #1.
What the heck is going on? Why all the cloak and dagger? I would think it would be easier for each program to send 300 emails than to stuff, stamp and mail 300 letters.

yaar as far as packing for i/v is concerned
you really need a lot of stuff , when away from home.
back in india my dearest pucchu ( my sweetest lil heart) used to do all my packing.
but the highly disorganised person i am, i must sure be forgetting something at every hotel or place i lodge at ( and i wont realise till i need those things)
sarika , as far as the 1st i/v is concerned, ya u just cant help it
its like any other thing, u cant help being nervous, and im not to happy havin chose
wsu as my first interview, but unfortunately at than time had only one in hand....
tera pehla interview kab hai,,,,,,,ghabra mat you will do will , and in case of any eventuality( god forbid) mere ko agle saal resident banke bhuliyo mat.

hi puchpal,
i am an img from india(delhi), , i ve my 1st inv is on 9th nov at ECU and my step3 is on 5th and 6th nov. i ve not done any prep for inv.So i ve very less time. Can u plz hep me by giving inv information u ve . I ve inv at Wayne on 12th nov. Plz tell me abt ur inv experience there.

about the interview, its not a sensible thing to discuss on public forums
u can leave a private message , regarding any specific or general question
ur taking the step 3 , makes you much much better that many of us , as it is a desirable thing for pd's .

hey guys..had my first interview today..cant help being nervous(lol thats me)..but it was not as bad as i expected..they were all very freindly and sweet..had other fmgs with me today so was cool ..
lunch was yumm ..but overall got rid of my darrr!!
