Initiating H1 b visa and Transferring H1B visa.
One of the programs enlists that they DON'T Initiate H1B but H1B visas in transfer? I am in F1 visa now----Can I apply to this program?

transfering H1B is...if u already have H1B they will only transfer it to there institue

in other words if u are in need of h1 b visa to start with and dont possess one at presnt this program is not for u.
