an asymptomatic 21 y/o is found to have an adnexal mass on pelvic examination. she uses oral contraceptives. which of hte following is the most likely diagnosis? a) benign cystic teratoma b) corpus luteum cyst c) dysgerminoma d) endometrioma e) mucinous cystoadenoma

I can't paste the picture but it was a cystic lesion of ovary.... OCP is related with mucinous cystadenomas??

I don't have the answer, but I answered it. Mucinous cystadenoma.

I did the NBME 1 , the picture shows cystic lesion of ovary with hair inside. So the answer is benign cystic teratoma.
