a previously healthy 44 y/o G4 P4, comes to the physician because of 9 mo. history of pregressive loss of small amounts of urine while running. she now has to wear an absorbent pad. Ex shows a second degree cystourethrocele.
most likely cause?

1.detrusor instability.
2.overflow incontinence
3. stress incontinence
