In malingering ,the patient is deliberately faking illness with the intent of decieving others,their reason for faking illness (eg monetary or legal concerns)can be understood by examining the circumstances affecting the individual which in this case wants to avoid his court hearing.In factitious disorder,sympton is produced for the primary goal of being to assume the sick role
