What is the problem in a pt. who leaks feces from the umbilicus?

While u're at it, can someone define the relationship/purpose of:
yolk stalk/vitelline duct/omphalomesenteric duct/allantois/urachus.

p.s. some of these could have same purpose smiling face

Thnx smiling face

Ok guys, here's my confusion....

You know how you have the yolk sac, right? Okkk, what goes through it?
I know that it's filled with vitelline fluid.
I think there is a VITELLINE DUCT(synonims=OMPHALOMESENTERIC DUCT=YOLK STALK) that connects the yolk sac to the GI of fetus.
I think there is another tube, URACHUS that connects the yolk sac to the Allantois (fetus' bladder)

Am I correct? If someone knows, please let me know! Thnx!
