friends , I have found in high yield that ischial tuberosity is the bony landmark for pudendal nerve...but in kaplan i found it as ischial spine as the answer. Can anybody help me in this ?

yes asmi..i can ..just kidding.. both r correct asmi..pudental nerve is located for block... block can be done in two ways..trans vaginal..(ischial spine is used) trans perineal..ischial tuberosity is used http://www.manbit.com/oa/C21.htm
