I applied to few more programs today and all my documents are uploaded except usmle transcript only for these nnew applications.
Previously i had applied to programs sept 1st, and everything was uploaded and being downloaded by programs without a problem.
SO how can a previously uploaded usmle transcript, is'nt uploaded for teh new applications?
Is it normal?

for every request new usmle transcript is generated.

SOme programs I applied there is no USMLE transcripts.
