I donot have psyic experience ,but i have 2 months Im and peads Us observership.My credentila step1 80/step2 80/Cs passed .ecfmg certified.old graduate ..US citizen but multiple attempts.Plz guys advice me shall I apply this year

i mean i donot have clinical experince in psyciatry right now.usually they ask some experience.

I understand your point I have the same problem. Your applycation is not that bad, and being a citizen is a plus. So you MUST apply now, there is a little to lose and a lot to win.
Not having USCE in pscyh would be a problem but some programs will still invite you for interviews
Be sure you write a strong PS indicating why you chose Psych and then the rest will be in your hands during the interview
