you can though it will be really tough for you, as per bbb apply as early as you can with as much complete application as you can. so i would say go ahead and do it.

you have a much better chance thn me for instanec still waiting for step 1 score, still to sit step ck this month and cs next month but i sent my application any way. Normally step 1 score are considered and most places require step 2 score "if available". will see what happens, good luck to.
