You definitly can apply without it but I would not recommend you that . The same thing happen to me with my school , they did not provide the MSPE either . What I did is download the guide in eras , documents in http://www.aamc.org/students/eras/resources/downl... I had to write it myself and make them review it and sign it . It 's not that complicated once you have the guide . you don ' t have to do the graphics if you don ' t want to and don not forget to make your dean sign it with a blue pen . Good Luck buddy

The same advice. Draft the MSPE without grafics. Make you dean or whoever knows you at school to review it and allow to be singed. The problem in post soviet academies is that the letterhead can be signed only by the directors and vices. But that is not a problem asa smb varifies that you were doing as great as it is described in MSPE.

Hi friends, I edited a MSPE pretty good and so concise in content, just 2 pages long under ECFMG's instruction without Graphic. But everything was not as I thought. My medical school ignored it as they can not certify them. I think MSPE is just for US medical school as it is so many details in many comments and graphic... One more thing very important, my friend replace MSPE as medical school's Letter Of Recommendation and it work for him when he apply for residency and seem that he got some interview. I will do as my friend did. Good luck, good buddies Thanh
