Hey BBB how are doing..i hope you are enjoying this season of match with crazy IMG's like me.
Now the question..
how imp are LOR..
my scores are not that great as compared to IMG's..but was able to get 3 US LOR from really big people..one of them is Dean of medical school..( he knows me personally as i m working for him)
as we dont see the other side of ERAS ( i mean urs),,,how much they will matter when u decided to call me for an interview..

Yes, your LORs are important, They will be reviewed and make a difference in your application

thanks a lot...its just 1 week after ERAS opened and i m getting a bit nervous abt all this..
my scores are not that great thats why i was worried, if i can make thru ur filter u will definately call me for interview....

It's not nervous time. I haven't looked at more than 30 of my 1300 applications. It's too soon.

bbb i i have one lor from a physician who was exfellowship program director in university and associaite professor returned last year to country.
will his lor count
