There is no so-called "better" program. Only what fits ur need counts. I would rather stay in Columbia Presby. rather than MGH or JHU. By ur need. U may not be happy or feel pressure all the time in big name hospitals if ur English is as poor as mine.
I will turn down all community hospital ivs except 2 after late November and only pick 20 programs to go into match.
However, my No.1 program hasnt sent me iv yet, which is very disappointing. Probably no chance.

Congrats everyone receiving IV's!! So many now to count!! Hey yl congrats on your results. MPH sorry to hear thast you haven't received your most desired IV but why do u think it is over? There is still time, keep the faith!!!, hope u get it soon, I'm also waiting for my one and true love!!! jajaja, but to my knowledge has not start sending yet so I am still hopeful! Gl everyone!

I originally applied to over than 90. However, I only paid for around 60 finally.
So, probably gonna withdraw 40 before the match.
For those on the waiting list of community hospital, dont feel discouraged as my iv spot will be filled by u.

U ll get it for sure, my Adventist buddy. As for me, I dont hold much hope as I know A LOT AMG have already received iv from there. They only take 1-2 IMG/year. Possibly rejected already as I dont have strong connection with that hospital. They probably treat my application like most other 99ers' - Relocate them into trash can directly.

They dont trust USMLE? or they wanna test something not covered but is essential to them?

However, they have a very strong nursing home network in NY. The biggest one.
