Congrats to all those who have secured interviews.
Someone raised question if anyone got interviews with incomplete application.
Have not seen answer to that but I will document my process for the same.
My credentials:
Step 1 93, Step 2 CK- will do in next month (likely..), Step 2 CS scheduled on oct 15th
IMG 1999 PhD 2005 Publications 2+ Post-doctoral work 2 yrs Junior faculty at present
4 LORs all from USA. Two from physicians, Two from researchers.
My school dont issue MSPE so it will remain incomplete
US citizen so no need for visa
Applied to 32 programs including place where I work.
So far no rejections. Almost all have downloaded application ( I dont know what to make of it)

Plan to get attending to make calls for me. Has any one done that? HOw should I go about it.

i am scheduling it in first week of dec as i am leaving all of nov open for NY. How do you plan on travelling. I heard its a good program so looking forward to going there.

I got mail !

Do to an overwhelming
number of applicants we have revised our minimum requirements for all
applicants.

We now require applicants to have passed steps 1 & 2 with a score of 95 or
above on their first attempt. The CS and step 3 (score of 85 or above) must
also be passed on the first attempt. Step 3 is required even if applicants do
not require an H1b visa.

Applicants who meet the above requirements are reviewed in detail and a
decision is made whether to invite them for an interview. About 200
applicants will be interviewed. Currently we have over 3000 applications.

We are sorry to tell you that you have not been selected to interview. We
wish you every success in your future.

Coz I am also thinking of first week of Dec. in the hope that I get some practice interviews in Nov. Cant imagine what would happen without those practice shocked

December I have left open for chicago programs. Thanks for the info about the program.

Would be helpful to read more about Greater Baltimore MD if anyone knows??? thanks!
