got 81% in second attempt for step 1 .what should i do.wat is my future .should i go for step2 or not.please help me in this matter really confused n depressed

Why would you not go for it?
Try to do your best in step 2, and if you put your heart ( get some US clinical exper. , observship) and mind ( study, study, and study) to get great score on step 2, why would you not go for it?
Don't give up yet, fight for yourself, you are not the first and last one with the lower score.
