I am applying with my step1 and CS results with STEP2 results expected by the end of next week...So, in requesting USMLE transcripts, I want them to send my step 2 score directly to the programs---So, Should I have to answer YES for the 2 questions asked in USMLE transcrpt?

Well it's you call buddy. There's a big paragraph that says something next to the YES / NO button. Just read that and decide which one you would prefer and select.
