In addition to the application, minimum requirements are:

* Personal statement/biography
* Curriculum Vitae
* Medical school transcript
* Dean's letter
* Letters of reference from three faculty members (clinical years)
* USMLE scores

* Letters of reference from three faculty members (clinical years) ? does it means i need 3 LOR??? what does clinical years exactly mean here...

LOR from clinical years basically means these faculty members had to have been in a position to access you clinically - during your clinical rotation years (not basic science years) within med school or any post-grad training you might have done...

thank you cocacolasmiling face I have another question to ask. since my time is tight, i think it is pretty tough for me to get 3 LORs in a shorte time. Is it possible that in the same month, I follow 2 or even 3 doctors for observastion, then i get my all 3 LORs in same time period. Will that be ok????
