I've got some questions about association studies and I've searched in 2 books (1 is strachan) and I found inconclusive. Maybe someone can give me some highlights...
* Are the SNPs the most used polimorphisms in association studies?
* R the microssatelites more often used in estratificated population?
* Do The association studies require the segregation analisys of familiar SNPs?
* Do the association studies need two populations: one afected nd one non-affected to have the same origin?
