ever body.....my lors will take time to upload may be uptill mid to end sep ...should i apply without lors to maximize my chances or should i wait...plz any one reply

You can apply without lors and they will be scanned and uploaded latter and eras will send them to the program later and notify them that they are available. but would it maximize your chance, nobody is sure about that. as bbb says "apply as early as possible with as complete application as possible."
