You may want to focus on the following
FOR FM:
prevention
primary care
public health
the breadth of the field
FOR IM:
the possibility of specialization
the academic nature of IM
patient care

you have scores in higher 90's on 1st attempt, have GC and have USCE....these are the things they are looking for...
