Wake Forest turned me down!!!!  ..... ......like I had a chance.....lol. No bright side of the day today.....1 ERAS today and that was rejection.....so awesome start for the week.....wonder what the rest of the days will bring.....

silence...something tells me i really applied to too few (whack my head!)
cheer up guys, i didn't apply to wake forest bec they prefer US grads and at the very least 3 mos USCE i think...
hopefully we'll get the calls!

what is the meaning of this email which i got from univ of florida
Thank you for your application and interest in the residency program in
Neurology at the University of Florida. Although your application has merit,
we are able to interview fewer than 10% of applicants, and you were not
granted an early interview. We will review all applications again in November,
when we have a better idea of the applicant pool, and if we decide to grant
you an interview then, I will contact you by mail or e-mail. If you do not
hear from me by December 1st, you may assume that an interview is not granted,
and that we will be unable to consider your candidacy further.

im sorry chaitu, but u have interview already right? u technically just need one...i think u florida was saying that you did not make the cut for their november interviews but they are "waitlisting" you for the subsequent ones. good luck...as you know, i am quite forlorn myself...here's a prayer for all of us

rejection from University of Chicago .. a few hours after they sent the email saying that they will be reviewing the applications ... i got that reply from Florida as well ... i was kinda hoping of getting a call from there

Chaitu and Doc....Are u talking about the Gainsville program? I too have applied there but have not heard from them...When did u both apply and when were ur applications downloaded?...Somehow today has been a very bad day...3 rejections in AM itself...It has been dry in the evening.
Doc...I got the reviewing email this morning but have not got the rejection yet...So i guess they are going to contnue to hang me in pain even for a long long time

Yayyyyyy the Yankees LOST the Yankees LOST.....the YANKEES LOST!!!! .....at least the dark cloud had a silver lining.....now I can feel my luck changing.....there is hope for us underdgogs yet people....rejoice!!!!! Its a blow to the hard nosed snobbish applicant pool all over the US.....we underdawgs will make it and shine we will despite all odds as did the Indians (well cleveland Indians....before all the Asian Indians go all hoot hoot on me....oh well that was the American Native Indians......whee golly....here I go again in the need for a thiamine and a glucose drip)......we shall overcome....one day.....yes we shall over come one day......

Chaitu....Yes utah looks that way..prefers AMG....Only few IMG's that i know got there...They did not need Visa...BTW they only have 2 spots...so looks very competitive

form where u got interviews sunmatch...i caald up uni of wisco ..gthey told that wil starting interviews from this week..i mean some more...also one of the residents in univ of toledo told me that they will starting sending interviews from oct end from toledo...i dont know whom to believe....
