Hello, am an IMG from india,
Is there a point in doing a drug trial which isnt going to get published or should i do a medicine house office job for clinical experience instead, at a hospital (This hospital is well known in india, but dont know how much is its reputation in US?)

Do clinical experience. May be that hospital is reputable in your country, nobody will care here. Just get the experience.

Lipooxygenase levels and clinical severity of bronchial asthma. nice topic but i hope it would will not sound too deviant for internal medicine?
