can anybody answer my question please.... can a program reject you or send you an invitation for an interview even if your MSPE is not yet available? thank you

yes...MSPE will be available for download nov 1st. Most programs send invitations way before that.

is this for first interview and 1st rejection or did teh intial perosn get one interview already and one rejectoin..everyone is saying congrats. if u got the interview congrats. good luck everyone

Hey you guys I did not know that you get a notice when you get rejected by a program. Do they usually do that? I thought they didn't and silence was more than enough. How did you know that you were rejected?

About 1/3rd of all rejections are notified by programs by myeras messeges. For others silence till the end of interview period is self explanatory.
