Metronidazole is contraindicated in pregnancy, right? What is the treatment for Trichomonas vaginalis or Gardnerella vaginalis?

For UTI in pregnancy, nitrofurantoin or a cephalosporin and not trimethoprim-sulfmethoxazole?

For UTI:
1. Amoxi
2. Nitrofura
3. Ttim (safe in the third trimester, and only if 1 and 2 are CI)
