I already sent the medical transcript to ECFMG for certification purposes, do I have to send it to ERAS? If so, I have a copy (not the original), is that ok?

If you sent one to ECFMG for match purpose, that is enough.
If the one you sent to ECFMG was for registration of USMLE exams, you should send another one to ECFMG ERAS(http://www.ecfmg.org/eras/contact.html)
I sent a certified copy of transcript to them, not the original one. You may find more information here(http://www.ecfmg.org/eras/documents.html#trans).
