Answer: E-pulmonary fibrosis
Emphysema and chronic bronchitis have an obstructive pattern on PFT: low FEV1, low FEV1/FVC
Pulmonary fibrosis has a restrictive pattern: low/nl FEV and normal FEV1/FVC
