hi , what should i do ....... please help me?
i have passed step-1 87%, step-cs - passed , and awaiting result for step-2 ck in sep which i gave it on 30th aug.
- i am planing to do observership in mid sep.
my questions are
1) when should i apply? after my step-ck result or without result?
2) i have 4 lor from my home country india . and i wil get us lor in mid or late sep .....
3) what are the chances to get interview after applying mid sep with all score and 1 usa lor ..... for internal medicine , pedi and f.m

Hi Dstar,
From what I read most programs will require both Step 1 & 2 scores from IMG applicants. Some programs ask for ECFMG certification, but others don't. It will take a few months before you're certified, so I think it's best that you complete your application and submit it along with both steps score to programs while waiting for certification. Some of my friends applied at the end of October when their scores arrived and still had many interviews.
