1- After application I notice that my PS, CAF, Transcript, are "available but not retrieved" status and my LORS and Photographs are not uploaded yet! So whats the procedure..

2- Do I know that a certain program has downloaded my materials?

3- I changed a PS for a particular program..but later when i track that application, it lists both PS...will the PC or PD see that I changed my PS inbetween??

1. these have been uploaded but the programs have not downloaded them. ie, the programs are not looking at your application yet.
2. when a program has downloaded (looked at) your application then it shows 'retrieved'
3. no idea

3. all the transmissions are listed, so your previous transmission of ps will stay listed. If the program has not downloaded your application then he will only get the new PS.

If you submitted the 2nd PS before they retrieved the first one, then they could not have seen the first one. I they already retrieved the 1st one before u transmitted the 2nd one, then they might have seen the 1st one.
