Hi

I just sent my documents through a PN, didn't really bother to ask about ED..
Get the work done and send it, and don't forget form 187 as I did, hope they will still accept the application and process it in time

what is form 187 and who needs it?

Hi gd11

form 187 is needed to help linking your paper work with the on line part of your application. their instructions are not very clear about it therefore I missed it..

hi hiranmayi, here is I am quoting the ECFMG info booklet:

Applications from graduates are not considered complete until the completed Form 186 (if required) and any
other required documents are received at ECFMG. All required documents must be sent in one envelope,
accompanied by Form 187.

As I said, instructions about submitting this form are not clear cut but I read somewhere else that it is needed with forms 344/245.

Hi,

Don´t worry about form 186, it´s not needed...

About the notary exp date, it´s the same in my country (Mexco), they don´t have that..., they wrote NA (Not Applicable) and I had no problem in my application...
