hi,i have applied online for step3 for connecticut.it has asked only for certificate of identity form only.can anyone please tell me if we have to send other documents like ecfmg certificate/medical school degree

no all u need to send is the certificate of ID. I believe they will verify the other stuff from ecfmg

thank you,do they need expiration date for a notary? I am in UK and the notary I met says there is no epiration date for them.

within 6 months I think, because you have to attach your photo that is valid for 6 months
