heyyy guys,
i really think we should have a credential thread of our own for 2008 match applicants.and as and when interview calls come in we can update the info on the thread...so that others and our juniors might get an idea of how long to wait/what to expect and when and where....this could be purely a credential thread which will end the day of the post match scramble...what say you...if u like the suggestion...start posting...

Guys why dont we post the same things at the support forum.. this is IM so this thread wont have the impact you might expect if things are posted here...

2005 Graduate (18 months out of med school).

Step 1: 85, Step 2: 96, CS:Passed. ECFMG Certification pending verifcation of credentials (expected in 1-2 weeks).

Looking for J1 visa

2 months (and counting) of research at good university program. 1 US LOR that will be upload somewhere in the 3rd week of September.

Applying in 1-2 days to 80 IM programs. Aiming deliberately to middle-tier CH and CH with university affiliated programs. Only 1-2 University programs on my list. Will most likely take the first prematch I get. Scared of the competition this year!

I'd encourage the 80s people out there, like me to post here as well. Most of the posters to this thread are the 90s people. Come on guys, don't be shy.
