well the letter from HoD of Critical care medicine and ICU mentions that she knew me during a 3 week elective. whereas the internal medicine consultant wrote that he evaluated me over a period of 12 weeks. So the duration discrepany has confused me. Otherwise the content is similar. btw, both are from my internship days.

Is it head of department in U.S or your own country?? If it is U.S it is good but otherwise if from your own country you are the best judge
