hi,
i am an old IMG with a good resume, but could't pass exams.
i took step 1 (score 180/73) and step 2ck (score 181/74) recently.
i was wondering if there are any programs taking residents with these type of scores? i know, my question might sound little strange, but i am hoping to receive a positive answer.

Sorry.....I dont think so....you have tobe ecfmg certified before starting residency...
I have a friend from american medical school who applied to match...for march 2007....but he failed step 2 ck.....he didnt get the residency spot.....but after passing ck....he looked post- match and found a spot...
You were close in both.....try step 1 again....than step 2.....good luck
