I am starting observership in october. can i write that in my CV. I did a course in interpersonal communication. where should i write that in my CAF?
Any suggestions plz.

hi if your obsevership appointment is confirmed, like you got a letter from them and there is no way you wouldnt be able to attend this, then i suggest u mention it in work experience, as OBSERVErship, but remember to describe in the description box "SCheduled to start an observership in OCtober" in dates also, write OCTOBER, so there is no misunderstanding.
ABout interpersonal communication, i am not sure. I think someone mentioned on this forum that you can write all that in "Other Awards/Accomplishments " but plz confirm it with someone.

i have got an observership in october as well, but what about the respective LOR, if i submit four LOR's right now along with my application, how will the program directors of different programs to which I apply to, be able to view that if i have already designated the maximum number of allowed LORs. or shall i assign only three right now???
can lors be de-designated once the application has been submitted???

yes , u can deassign. even i send my 1 lor on aug 30th. when it is scanned i will assign it after in place of another.
